Tyrer-Cuzick Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Tool

Attendees then headed into the international ballroom at the iconic Beverly Hilton for the 500-attendee luncheon, led by Los Angeles publisher Chris Gialanella and Editor-In-Chief Jasmin Rosemberg who curated the event in honor of cover star and LA Woman of the year, Olivia Munn.

In a deeply moving and candid conversation, Olivia spoke openly about her breast cancer journey and the life-saving impact of the Tyrer-Cuzick breast cancer risk assessment tool, a tool she credits with detecting her elevated risk and ultimately saving her life. With grace, vulnerability, and fierce advocacy, she urged every woman in the room (and beyond) to get checked, know their risk, and take control of their health before it’s too late.

Her message was clear: early detection saves lives. Awareness saves lives. And asking the right questions and demanding the right tools can mean the difference between catching cancer early and facing a much harder fight.

Women’s History Month

As we close out Women’s History Month, the Women of Impact 2026 Luncheon reminded us that honoring women isn’t just about celebrating their achievements, it’s about empowering them with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to protect themselves, advocate for their health, and continue breaking barriers in every space they occupy.

Olivia Munn’s courage, her advocacy, and her refusal to stay silent about her experience is changing lives. And that’s exactly what a Woman of the Year looks like.

If you take one thing away from this event, let it be this: Get your breast cancer risk assessed. It could save your life.
