Club JSX Loyalty Program
Club JSX is a natural evolution for a brand built around radically better air travel with a Customer-first outlook and was created with a clear mission: to reward loyalty with simplicity, generosity, and real value. Whether you fly frequently or are new to JSX’s seamless hop-on service, Club JSX makes every trip more rewarding.
Club JSX offers Members an easy-to-use, benefit-rich program that rewards Customers for their loyalty with maximum transparency and easy-to-use perks including:
- 5% Future Credit: Customers earn 5% of applicable base fare, seat fees, and pet fees as future trip credit, called Rewards.
- Family Pooling: Up to 5 people can pool Rewards, simplifying the management of family travel and allowing maximum flexibility for redemption.
- Birthday Bonus: Because a slice of cake is never enough, Members will earn bonus Rewards for flights taken during their birthday month.
- Personalized Offers: Club Members will receive bonus accrual and special incentives based on their individual travel habits.
- Generous ‘Give $100, Get $100’ Referrals: Club Members can give $100 in flight credit to a first-time JSX Customer and earn a $100 voucher for themselves after that Customer takes their first JSX flight.
- Fee-Free: Club JSX is free to join, and Rewards are valid until the last day of the 12th month following accrual.

- Customers of any age can join Club JSX, with new enrollees under the age of 18 requiring parental consent during sign-up.
- Existing JSX Profiles will be automatically enrolled by activating their Club JSX accounts upon their next website or mobile app sign in.

- Added complimentary amenities for all Customers such as two checked bags (including golf bags, skis, and snowboards), drinks, snacks, and cocktails inflight
- Planeside baggage retrieval within minutes of arrival
- Club JSX, a generous loyalty program offering Customers tangible Rewards that are easy to accrue and simple to redeem
- Free onboard Starlink Wi-Fi; JSX was the global launch customer for Starlink and has offered this service free of charge to Customers on all flights since May 2023
JSX flights may be booked directly through www.jsx.com or on the JSX mobile app and Customers can choose to deposit their loyalty earnings to Club JSX, United MileagePlus, or JetBlue TrueBlue.
