This season you will begin with these tantalizing starters for the table to share: Seasonal Fruit, Jalapeño Cornbread (outstanding), and Smoked Trout.

Get ready to indulge because this is where Encanto’s wood-fired magic truly shines! For the main course, choose from savory items like their signature Chilaquiles, Encanto Baja Burrito, or Lobster Benedict. Or sink your teeth into their sweet options like the decadent fluffy Churro French Toast or Blue Corn Pancakes.
My friend and I opted for the Lobster Benedict and Chilaquiles, and let me tell you, we were in a state of pure ecstasy. The Lobster Benedict had thick chunks of flavorful lobster, and the Chilaquiles were kissed by flame and smoke, offering a complexity you won’t find elsewhere in LA.
