Rooftop Pool Dining at The West Hollywood EDITION

The Roof at The West Hollywood EDITION is extending its rooftop restaurant seating around the pool deck as the sun sets. The design-led haven on the Sunset Strip, is pleased to announce that the hotel’s lauded 14th floor rooftop pool will now be open to the public once the sun goes down as expanded seating for the rooftop restaurant. The south-of-the-border inspired menu features Crab Nachos with Dungeness Crab, Duck Tacos with Mole Rojo, Lime Crema and Candied Cocoa Nibs, and WeHo Choco Tacos, with Vanilla Ice Cream with a Cajeta Swirl, wrapped in a Waffle Shell.
