Los Angeles area kids are gearing up to hold lemonade stands all over the city this summer to raise money to help fight pediatric cancer (L.A. These kids are following the example of Alex Scott, a young girl who raised more than a million dollars to help other kids who suffer from the disease that took her life at age eight, pediatric cancer.

In recent years, she followed in her parents’ footsteps in a big way by chairing the local Kids Campaign.
