Football and brunch go hand in hand, and Black Angus Steakhouse recently kicked off the season with a memorable Brunch Experience. More than your average meal, this brunch showcased their culinary prowess and commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences. Held on Saturday, 8/24, the event featured a three-course brunch menu paired with handcrafted cocktails.
A Brunch to Remember
The brunch experience began with a delightful Avocado Toast served on top of a signature molasses bread and paired with a Lone Ranger Tequila Mary. This combination of sweet and savory was a perfect start to the meal, and my favorite pairing.
The second course featured a hearty Steak & Egg Bowl made with Black Angus Steakhouse’s top sirloin, crispy fries, two over-easy eggs, and Béarnaise. My mom cleaned her plate, and since I’m a pescatarian, I swapped the steak for salmon. It was absolutely delicious!
To finish off the brunch, we were treated to a decadent French Toast made with caramelized bananas and paired with a Lavender and Coconut Martini. This sweet treat was the perfect ending to a satisfying meal.
Beyond Brunch: The Fall Bourbon Experience
While the Brunch Experience was a huge success, Black Angus Steakhouse is not stopping there. As fall approaches, they are excited to introduce the Fall Bourbon Experience on Thursday, 9/12 at 7:00 pm. This special dinner event will feature a meticulously crafted three-course menu paired with handcrafted bourbon cocktails, presented by Uncle Nearest Whiskey.
For $51.99 per person ($54.99 in Hawaii), guests will enjoy off-menu dishes designed to complement the specialty bourbon cocktails. The menu includes Smoked Brisket Potato Skins paired with a Peach 1884 Whiskey Fuzz, Coffee Rubbed Steak Medallions with an Apricot Whiskey Cosmopolitan, and a House-made Creamy Banana Pudding paired with a Cinnamon Espresso Martini.
