On Wednesday, August 7th, The Melrose Vet celebrated the launch of their Urgent Care & Expanded Hours with an open house celebration for the Los Angeles pet community.
The Melrose Vet is a full-service veterinary clinic led by Dr. Sehaj Grewal, known for their comprehensive and compassionate, heart-centered approach to animal care.
Serving the Los Angeles community for over three years, the 3500 square foot facility offers vet services including exam rooms for wellness checks, vaccinations, neutering and preventative care, as well as specialty areas for on site surgeries, dentistry, and rehabilitation including pet massage therapy and hydrotherapy tanks. In addition, they offer after-care, pet grooming services, and house calls.

We treat patients day to day and saw a gap in care for after hours and emergency services that we knew we could fill for the community. The New Urgent Care Services include:
- Extended Hours: The Melrose Vet is now open late nights and weekends (7-11 pm PST).
- Advanced Diagnostics: The facility is equipped with state of the art diagnostic tools like on site- XRays and Ultrasounds for fast assessments when time matters most.
- Expert Staff: Experienced veterinary technicians trained in emergency care.
- Comprehensive services: The office offers a wide range of treatments from minor injuries to serious conditions, including pet surgeries for urgent needs.
The event featured a Mocktail Bar with three signature drink options created by Daryl Schwartz, Founder of Good + Bar. There was also a stunning charcuterie and fruit display presented by Charcuterie by P, led by Patricia Ambriz. Eco-friendly pet care brand Cleo & Hooman led by co-founders Louie Marte & Michael McLafferty were on hand offering samples of their zoomie wipes and other essential products.
