The menu for the evening consists of:
- The Cookout Pie: BBQ chicken, red onions, pickled jalapeños, cookout corn sauce, a drizzle of housemade BBQ sauce, and green onions.
- Samin’s Summer Pie (a collaboration with James Beard Award & NYT Contributor Chef Samin Nosrat) features white sauce, spicy cherry tomato salad, and a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette drizzle.
