Great White All-Day Cafe Launches New Seasonal Menu Items
Great White, the casual all day cafe with a focus on fresh, local cuisine welcomes seasonal menu updates with new dishes featuring summer’s best produce. Starting this month, all three locations (Venice, Larchmont and West Hollywood) are now serving new breakfast items like Ricotta Hotcakes with seasonal berries and an updated signature Breakfast Sandwich featuring Tamarind Chutney and Raclette cheese. Lunch and dinner menus see Fish Tacos made with Red Snapper and Papaya Slaw, Tuna Tostadas, Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a Honey Mustard Sauce, Bahn Mi with Porchetta and a shareable Panzanella with Heirloom Tomatoes, Scallions and Radish alongside an updated Caesar Salad with Bottarga. They’ve also launched Mini Martinis at Great White Venice and Melrose, a twist on three classics including the Dirty Martini with Smoked Olives, which has become a fast hit at the recently relaunched sister concept Gran Blanco, featuring olives that have been smoked in their wood fired pizza oven. Lastly, Great White is proud to share that it has gone completely seed oil free as of July 2024. Kaminari Gyoza Bar Introduces Teishoku to its Menu
Kaminari Gyoza Bar – known for its craft gyoza from Utsunomiya, the gyoza capital of the world–introduced a Teishoku, or a set meal, to its menu. The teishoku is composed of six gyoza pieces of one’s choice between yaki (pan fried) or age (deep fried), rice, clear pork soup, cabbage, a spring roll, edamame, pickles and choice of one small side dish whether ajitama, spicy cold tofu, kimchi, seaweed salad and more. Kaminari, the nation’s first gyoza bar, is set to launch its second location in West Hollywood this Fall.
