The Class
The class kicked off with a dynamic warm-up, getting my heart rate up and preparing my muscles for the workout ahead. Then, it was time for the main event: King and Queen of the Pickleball Court. This fast-paced, competitive drill had us running, jumping, and strategizing like never before. The constant change of partners kept the game exciting and challenging. In just one hour, I burned 500 calories and had an absolute blast.
