It’s National Espresso Martini Day, and coffee meets cocktails in the best way possible! Celebrate the day with an at-home boozy pick-me-up from TV Host and Cocktail & Spirits Guru Paul Zahn. Cheers! *Side note: For those traveling to the Miami area, all three cocktails will be featured at The Loews Miami Beach Hotel on the holiday.
Tequila Espresso Martini
- 2 oz. Cincoro Reposado Tequila
- 1 Shot espresso, freshly pulled and slightly cooled
- 3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur
- Dash of agave
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until very cold. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- GARNISH: 3 Coffee Beans
Carajillo
- 2 oz. Licor 43
- 2 oz. Espresso
- Shake ingredients over ice. Pour over fresh ice.
- GARNISH: Espresso beans
Chocolate Espresso Martini
- 2 oz. Mozart Chocolate Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Espresso
- 1/2 oz. Cream
- In an iced mixing tin, combine ingredients. Shake and strain into martini glass.
- GARNISH: Chocolate covered espresso bean
