Los Angeles Magazine Hosts 2024 Best New Restaurants Celebration!

Last week, my foodie dreams came true at the 11thannual Los Angeles Magazine Best New Restaurants Celebration, held at the California Market Center. Picture this: a sensory explosion of the finest bites from LA’s hottest new culinary destinations, paired with flowing wine, craft cocktails, and electrifying beats from a live DJ. Need I say more?

Organized by the iconic Los Angeles Magazine, this annual event is a culinary highlight of the year. It’s a chance to celebrate the innovative spirit of the city’s restaurant scene, rubbing elbows with fellow food enthusiasts and industry insiders while indulging in dishes crafted by the most exciting new names.

A Foodie’s Paradise Awaits

Stepping into the California Market Center, the excitement was palpable. Beautifully decorated booths showcased the participating restaurants, each vying for our taste buds’ attention. From Casa Madera’s Tuna Tartare and Xunto’s savory Shrimp Skewers, to Loreto’s mouthwatering Ceviche, and Ardor’s Milk Bread, every bite was a delicious revelation.

Calling All Wine and Spirits Lovers

And then there were the wineries. More than 15 wineries from around the world brought their bold and robust wines to pair with the food.

Cocktail lovers were in for a real treat, as beloved brands like Dulce Vida, Knox & Dobson, Milagro, Mezcal 33, and Casamigos were on site serving up tasty craft cocktails.

Sweet Endings & Beyond

Of course, no feast is complete without dessert. We indulged in everything from Espelette’s Dark Chocolate Truffles to I Like Pie Bake Shop’s perfectly flaky creations – each bite a sweet symphony of flavors.
