Hollywood Dining Destination, Lemon Grove Debuts Fall Menu Offerings on Top of The Aster

Celebrity Chef Marcel Vigneron debuts new fall offerings at Lemon Grove, an urban oasis on top of the Aster Hotel And Members’ Club. The signature dining destination welcomes guests to fall through a nostalgic lens with new dishes like Parker House Rolls with Everything Bagel Seasoning, a twist on the standard Bread & Butter and Seared Dayboat Scallops, paired with a creamy sweet corn. Utilizing Chef Marcel’s close network of small-batch suppliers, the new menu also includes Miso Black Cod from Santa Barbara made with squash sourced from the local farmers market. Other highlights include Oxtail Toast, Spicy Tuna Tartar, Apple Fritters with apple cider glaze, and a whimsical Chicken Liver & Onion Rings a play on the classic, often passed over dish refined by creating a smooth parfait set and sealed with a cherry gel, toasted pumpkin seeds and served with crispy onion rings. Morton’s The Steakhouse Launches New Seasonal Menu

Sure, Pumpkin Spice Lattes are fun, but a new seasonal menu at one of our favorite restaurant Morton’s The Steakhouse may just have that thrill beat. Morton’s is a true blend of classic and contemporary, making for an unmatched ambiance. From its innovative cocktail culture to the elegant dining rooms, Morton’s is the place to be for a night of good eats and good company. $42+; Various hours and locations

The new seasonal menu features:  

  • Oysters Rockefeller – Grilled oysters topped with Rockefeller Prep Mixture, shredded Grana Padano cheese and toasted Panko breadcrumbs, served atop rock salt that was previously dusted with crushed red pepper flakes. 
  • Wagyu Filet 7 oz. with Sesame Ginger Butter – Broiled to temperature, topped with Sesame Ginger Butter and garnished with chopped parsley. 
  • Caprese Salad – Sliced fresh mozzarella and basil pesto topped with baby arugula, roasted tomatoes, grape tomatoes, sliced red onions, shredded Grana Padano cheese, balsamic pearls, extra virgin olive oil. 
  • Dry-Aged Ribeye, 14 oz. – Dry-aged Ribeye broiled to temperature, topped with au jus and garnished with chopped parsley. 
  • Lyonnaise Potatoes – Now served utilizing Wagyu Beef Tallow, the fat obtained from a cow’s meat.
  • Reserve Espressotini – 818 Eight Reserve Anejo Tequila, Kahlua, Tia Maria, Owen’s Nitro Espresso 
  • Solera Flight – Features Santa Teresa 1796, Torres Jaime I, Glenfiddich 15 Year, All Neat 
  • New Seasonal Cheesecake – A twist on Bananas Foster: an individual cheesecake topped with fresh banana slices then brûléed golden brown and accompanied with house-made whipped cream and a Caramel Banana sauce featuring Myer’s Dark Rum

As the temperatures cool,  Black Angus Steakhouse, the original American steakhouse since 1964, heats up and announces the return of their popular one-night dinner series with a Bourbon Dinner Experience. On 10/26, all steakhouse locations will host a three-course, curated bourbon cocktail dinner featuring the highest quality 21-day aged steaks complemented by barrel-aged bourbon cocktails made with well-known and loved brands.
