Truffles Shine on The Rose’s Monthly Tasting Menu
It’s truffle season at the iconic Venice restaurant, The Rose, and Chef Jason and Chef Travon have crafted a six-course tasting menu that highlights the best of seasonal truffles. Start with a Pizzette (Sottocenere Al Tartufo, Buffalo Mozzarella), Poached Golden Fertile Egg, and Seared Diver Scallop, before sinking your teeth into an Oven Baked Black & White Lasagna (Ricotta, Roasted Garlic, Taleggio Fonduta), Albufera Poached Chicken (Tehachapi Grain Polenta, Crispy Hen of the Woods Mushrooms), and ending with a Caramelized Smoked Vanilla Custard (Truffle Cream). North Italia El Segundo welcomes you to ‘Tasting Tuesdays.’ Launching today, the new series will walk guests through several of the restaurant’s delicious Italian wine offerings and the dishes they pair with. Your ticket includes all tasting bites and sips, and attendees will also be sent home with several North Italia-exclusive items. Gracias Madre WeHo and one-of-a-kind Italian luxury brand LodenTal are hosting a Bespoke Fashion Showcase & Trunk Show followed by a three-course luncheon.
