Jeannie Mai, Emmy-Award winning host and activist has joined Owl’s Brew as their Chief Brand Officer. The female-owned hard tea seltzer company made the big announcement at a private Boozy Tea Party at the WheelHouse in West Hollywood. In attendance were Laverne Cox, Jenna Johnson (Dancing With The Stars) ,Val Chmerkovskiy (Dancing With The Stars), Jordin Sparks and husband Dana Isaiah Thomas, actor Dorothy Wang, and a live tea leaf reader. Ask me to spill the “tea” later about what she saw in in my future…
The night was filled with delightful hors d’oeuvres and activations, but the highlight of the party were the refreshing Owl’s Brew teas. Owl’s Brew believes ingredients matter because “The world deserves better.” It is this mantra that drives them to make a product with 100% real fruit and botanicals. Their hard tea seltzers are gluten free, vegan, and contain only 100-120 calories per can. Choose from the following flavors: Matcha, Darjeeling Tea& Hibiscus Flowers, English Breakfast Tea, Lemon & Lime, Jasmine, Blueberry & Lemon and my personal favorite, White Tea, Raspberry & Watermelon. The cans are lightweight and perfect for the beach, pool, or just relaxing at home.
It’s not just the 100% real ingredients and low calorie count that separates Owl’s Brew from its competitors, but the female-owned company believes in women supporting women. Founders, Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield developed the Wise Women Collective as a platform that “Supports local and national women’s initiatives and charities… We support charities focused on assisting and empowering women across the country.” They welcome you to submit your program details for consideration.
