Vegan Sunday Supper – L.A.’s Newest Vegan Lasagna

Whether you’re a full time plant-based eater, or a part time one like me, Vegan Sunday Supper is about to change your life. L.A.’s newest plant-based delivery packaged food company is here, and ready to deliver their vegan homestyle Italian cooking to your door. Vegan Sunday Supper invites you to order their new gourmet ready-to-bake 100% Plant-Based Lasagnas, now available for home delivery for $24.99. Using only the freshest ingredients from Central Californian farms, Vegan Sunday Supper aims to “Inspire people to add more plant-based meals to their diet.” Not only are they making mouthwatering lasagnas made with organic, ethically sourced ingredients, but they’re also helping to end the fight against hunger. 25% of their profits are donated to Support+Feed (a non-profit organization created by actress and mother of Billie Eilish, Maggie Baird).

Changing the world is delicious, and Vegan Sunday Supper wants to change the minds of those who think making tasty vegan meals is impossible. Founder Richard Klein vowed to make the most delicious plant-based versions of beloved Italian classic dishes, like lasagna. He sought the help of some of L.A.’s most well known chefs, including Chef Vincent Giovanni who created Laurel Hardware, and Executive Chef Celestino Drago of the famed Drago Restaurant Group. The end result are their two signature lasagnas, which features a new take on the traditional sausage recipe. The Vegan Three Cheeses Lasagna, is perfect for those who are gluten-free and crave a sauce rich in tomatoes, fresh eggplant, herbs, olives, and a unique blend of spices. Those wanting a more traditional sausage recipe, the Vegan Italian Sausage Lasagna is for you. It’s not just the sweet peppers and vegan cheeses that add to the robust flavor, but the inclusion of a very special secret ingredient, Pulled Oats®, which gives it a meat-like consistency, texture and taste. Pulled Oats® are made with just five simple plant-based ingredients: Oats, Yellow Peas, Fava Beans, gently pressed Rapeseed Oil and Salt, making them the ideal protein. Both options are the perfect dish for a dinner party, potluck, holiday, or a typical Sunday Supper. Vegan or not, the Vegan Sunday Supper signature lasagnas will leave you craving more!

Hungry yet? Good. Now that I have your attention, starting this month, Vegan Sunday Supper’s Lasagnas and full expanded menu will be available for delivery throughout L.A. via DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, and Uber Eats. Get ready because rumor has it, they may be offering plant-based mozzarella sticks in the near future!
