Brunch at Calabra

This weekend, marks the debut of the collaboration between Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, Calabra and LA-based caviar purveyor, ROE Caviar. The special duo features the Calabra Latke and champagne service that includes a 30g ROE Caviar gift set and choice between a half bottle of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs or Ruinart Brut Rosé. Milo & Olive’s Easter Market

This Saturday, Milo & Olive is hosting an Easter Market complete with: Easter Baskets, tea towels and aprons from Heather Taylor Home. Kelsey Brito and her team of bakers are selling Hot Cross Buns, Whole Gluten-Free Carrot Cakes, Vegan Crumb Cakes and Strawberry-Rhubarb Brioche Doughnuts. Plus, we’ll have some Milo & Olive sweatshirts and totes. 5% of sales to the LA chapter of Asian Americans Advancing Justice.  Black Women Lead are collecting Hygiene Kits for unhoused neighbors on Skid Row, First Aid Kids, Toiletries, New Socks, Easter Baskets for kids (buy one from Heather Taylor Home to donate!) and more. Recipe:
1 ½ Oz C 
½ Oz simple syrup
1 lemon squeezed
1 egg white
Instructions:
Shake and strain the Tanqueray Gin Sevilla Orange and the juice of a squeezed lemon, serve into a martini glass or in a teardrop champagne flute. Shake the egg white mixed with simple syrup for 1 full minute, serve on top of the gin and lemon blend. Cheers!
