Holiday Feasting at Fleming’s
Fleming’s Holiday/New Year’s Eve menu showcases its best in class “Surf & Turf” three-course menu, featuring an 8 oz. Filet Mignon paired with an Australian Lobster Tail served with a sautéed mushroom medley, merlot salt and cabernet demi-glace. The meal begins with a choice of Fleming’s delicious lobster bisque or Seafood Louie Wedge Salad, featuring colossal crabmeat and shrimp. To finish the night on a sweet note, you can select either warm butter cake over a rich chocolate sauce with candied walnuts, Chantilly cream and caramelized Bosc pears, drizzled with caramel sauce or any option from their dinner menu. Fleming’s has also crafted the perfect drink pairings to complement this meal.
