I tell myself all the time, “I am going to run myself a bath and take some time for me,” but it never happens. With a glass of champagne in my hand and soothing music, a bath by candle light at Spa Lé La is just what I needed. Plus, their bath tub has arm rests! A genius idea so you don’t slip into the tub. After my bath, I had a 30 minute massage and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. She focused on my shoulders, which I needed. Staring at a computer all day (like most of us), my face and neck get sore without even realizing it, so when she rubbed my temple and neck, it was the ultimate in relaxation. The combo treatment was a perfect way to get away from my daily stresses and relax.
