Vintner Kathryn Walt Hall of Napa’s Hall Wines Hosts a Dinner at Chianina
Chianina Steakhouse welcomes Kathryn Walt Hall of Napa’s Hall wines to its monthly vintners dinner. You will receive a signed copy of Ms. Hall’s book, “A Perfect Score,” which chronicles her and husband Craig’s journey in building their successful St. Helena winery. Kathryn’s book recounts her and husband Craig’s 20 year climb from amateur winemakers to recipients of a perfect score from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. The duo headed to Napa in the early 1990s with the purchase of their first vineyard making a name for themselves with their critically-acclaimed HALL Wines and WALT Wines – two coveted 100-point “perfect score” vintages. Chef Bryant Taylor along with Aronne, who is also the restaurant’s sommelier, collaborated on the menu.
