What better way to celebrate Burger Month than to check out Katsuya’s new quick-dining option, K Ramen. Burger. Beer. Good name. Located on the second floor of Katsuya overlooking the Americana in Glendale, Katsuya’s pop-up features a wide selection of vibrant dishes and starters with nothing over $15. Must-have favorites to start would be the calamari with house-made wasabi cocktail sauce, the snapper poke, and the duck drizzled tater tots. It’s even fun to say. The signature dishes, the Lobster Ramen, which gets its fiery red color from lobster shells and various spices, and the K Burger, 1/2 pound of wagyu with American cheese and their special creamy sauce are both incredible. For more traditional ramen lovers, their Tonkotsu pork ramen is excellent, and I would hold up their broth to the very best in Los Angeles. Have a Sapporo or sake with your meal and you’re all set. How hip is K Ramen? They have CoolHaus ice cream for dessert by the pint. K Ramen. Burger. Beer. is also generous- for the rest of Burger Month, they’re offering a 50% discount on the K Burger. Boom.
