Game Night with Salata Catering

When I was asked if I wanted to experience Salata‘s catering, of course, I said yes and knew it would be for a game night (I am a huge board game person). I grabbed a few bottles of wine, some friend who I knew would be down for some competitive fun, and healthy food from Salata.

I was shocked at how much food they provided and how it was presented. It was amazing how I literally had a salad bar in my home and people could create any type of salad they could think of. If you don’t want a salad bar, you can also opt for boxed lunches, salad bowls, or wraps. We had toppings including corn, black beans, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, feta cheese, cranberries, and carrots. As for protein, we chose herb marinated chicken, but there are also vegan options like tofu. Then we chose three dressings (Fat-Free Sun-Dried Tomato, Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Buttermilk Ranch), from their ten that are offered and a full platter of breads, croutons, and chips. The options are endless!

I loved how easy it was to set up (and clean up), and everyone could customize what they wanted to eat and there was something for everyone. I highly recommend Salata for your next event! Whether it’s a holiday party, an easy game night, or a celebration, Salata is a great way to make the food easy on you, healthy for your guests, and have something for everyone.
