Thea Juliette is an English photographer and visual artist, whose work gives off a search for feelings of the world while comparing dreams to living reality and daily existence. Her recent work ECHOS was exhibited at Black box gallery in London, Art Basel Miami, Times Square and Art Remi in paris. Her series “in the state we’re in” will be available to view exclusively at Gallery 38 in August. She also continues to work in demand as an art consultant and curator working with major international galleries, artists and festivals such as Art Basel Miami.
Taking inspiration from the great master of photography Annie Leibovitz, Thea has focussed on representation of the feminine and the dichotomy between degradation and creation. An expert in Ancient Indian Art (MA, 2007) she often fuses ancient Hindu mythology with an exploration of Time. She examines the rhythm of existence as represented through dance in photography.
Commercially she continues to be in demand, and enjoys working to develop excellent quality portraits for corporate and non commercial clients internationally. She has exhibited in LA, SF, London, NYC and Paris and is represented by Agora Gallery. She is published internationally in magazines, journals and books including The New York Times, The New Yorker, Photographer monthly, and Landescape Art review. Recently she has worked with major music acts Zenith (Universal records).
