Beau du Bois’ New The Corner Door‘s Spring Drinks Menu
Bar Manager and cocktail aficionado Beau du Bois has created a new Spring Drinks Menu that will be available for just a limited amount of time! The cocktail list is comprised of three sections: six shaken, six stirred and two classics. Under the shaken section, you will find the Three Way, made with jalapeño-infused tequila, house-made raspberry and tamarind cordial, lime and egg white; and the Topless Mermaid, made with vodka, pineapple, lime, banana-infused rose and blue curacao. The Stirred section includes the Death Row Cocktail, made with two types of rum, kaffir lime and coconut-infused Campari, sweet vermouth and Aztec chocolate bitters; and the Lumberjack Liquor Cabinet composed of bourbon, apple brandy, maple syrup and cinnamon smoke. TAPS Fish House & Brewery Opens in Irvine
When you enter through the brick entryway, you will see the custom glass red wine storage cellar, an oyster-charcuterie station, 18-foot-high ceilings, vintage-style light fixtures and faux leather tufted booths. In addition to 150 California-centric wines by the bottle and 20 wines by the glass, they have 24 taps. You can expect seafood, hand-cut steaks and signature oyster-charcuterie bar, with a marble iced display. This location will be the first TAPS to showcase some meats and fish cooked in a J & R “Little Red Smokehouse” smoker. From Mesquite, Texas it’s fueled by apple wood and cherry wood and is inspired by the popular smoker at sister restaurant Lillie’s Q in Brea. A smoked prime rib is offered nightly. The Poolside Cinema – in partnership with Peroni Nastro Azzurro, is held every other Tuesday to August. Relax in new slate grey lounge chairs and couches by premier outdoor furniture designer David Sutherland, as you take in dinner and a movie under the stars.
