Viet Noodle Bar, (3221 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90405) which has it’s first location in Atwater Village, has completed expanded to the Westside with a menu of Vietnamese food (obviously).
Expect starters like jackfruit mix made of jackfruit, tofu, shiitake, sesame rice cracker; jicama fresh rolls; cripsy shrimp rolls; Turmeric fish salad; and jicama chicken meatball. They also have Pho that comes in chicken, vegetarian noodle, or ginger fish noodle.
Noodle dishes come in a ton of varieties like Tumeric fish; soyskin; lemongrass beef; jackfruit; vegan; jicama chicken meatball; and sesame beef. Rice plates (Tumeric or brown) also come in similar varieties. You can get Vietnamese sandwiches (fish, Shitake-tofu, chicken, spicy sardine, vegan tofu basil) until 3 pm.
