Copenhagen Pastry (3731 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107; 626.792.7200), founded by Karen Hansen, opened in Pasadena with the ultimate pastries spread. The decor is just like the Culver City location and has pastries like kringles, coffee bread, raspberry macaroons, cinnamon braided pastries, spandauer, morning rolls, almond mazarin, Christmas cookies, and mores.
Open Tuesday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm and 8 am-4 pm on weekends.
