Grist & Toll Bread Baking Series, Local Grains, with Jonathan Bethony
Join Nan Kohler and Jonathan Bethony as they lead you through the process of creating two loaves of 100% whole grain bread using natural leaven. This is the 3rd class in Grist & Toll’s Guest Instructor Series called: Adjusting Formulas for Local Grains. They will discuss and teach how to adjust bread formulas and techniques in order to deal with a changing supply of local wheat.
