The Lobsta Shack, (701 W Cesar E Chavez Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90012; 323.999.1797) from, Justin Mi, the creator of the Lobsta Truck has Jose Monterrosa (JW Marriott) in the kitchen’s helm and offers their staples like clam chowder, lobster bisque, crab roll, and lobster roll in addition to new items like pastas (lobster spaghetti, shrimp scampi spaghetti, linguine with clams, and scallops spaghetti); entrees like whole lobster, salmon, mahi mahi, Ribeye steak, and Andouille sausage; and snacks like lobster mac & cheese and popcorn shrimp.
