Link, (8486 W 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA 90048; 747.221.6207) is a new grind house and bar that makes its own sausages that you can get in tacos and melts. Soft-opening on Monday at 4 pm, this summery spot is decorated with polished wood, exposed white wooden beams, and streaks of blue and yellow.
As for the links you can order the Hollywood which is the signature pork link, homemade relish, caramelized onions & beer mustard; the La Jolla, a signature turkey link, pickled red onions, arugula & Sriracha aioli; the Venice, a signature vegan link, braised red cabbage, caramelized onions & curry aioli; and the Muir Woods, a pork chorizo link, pickled banh mi vegetables, green onions & Sriracha aioli all served on a soft roll.

The two salads include the Beverly Hills with crumbled chicken, roasted peppers & basil link, romaine hearts, marinated artichokes, tri color peppers, kalamata olives, parmesan & balsamic vinaigrette and the Napa Valley with crumbled signature turkey link, romaine hearts, avocado, peppadew peppers, crispy chickpeas, sliced red onions & mustard vinaigrette. Melts include the Mount Whitney with crumbled signature chicken link, white cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions & peppadew peppers on grilled sourdough; and the Golden Gate with crumbled pork chorizo link, pepper jack, avocado, roasted poblano peppers, pickled red onions & Sriracha aioli on grilled sourdough.
