With a background in the New York City restaurant business and a passion for doing things himself, David has created his own line of jerky and almonds. He was usually disappointed in the quality and very often felt overcharged for these snacks, so he upped and moved to Napa Valley, to get access to the country’s best meat and nuts and decided to do it better.
He sources Grass Fed – Grain Finished Beef from NorCali and southern Oregon and he works with a 4 generation old company who processes his recipes in a real smoke house. All the nuts are from California and hand selected for both flavor and texture.
