Super food mecca, Kye’s (1518 Montana Ave., Santa Monica, CA 90403) is opening up in Santa Monica this October. The concept fuses together the vision of Owner Jeanne Cheng, who holds degrees in both traditional and holistic medicine, with the culinary expertise of Executive Chef Kevin Kathman, a French Laundry alum with more than twenty years of experience. You can look forward to wholesome, flavor-forward cuisine accessible for all palates and diets – from vegan to Paleo to gluten-free.

Kye’s will have an eclectic menu that has a variety of global influences and is centered around the brand’s proprietary KyeRito, a portable wrap/roll showcasing a medley of premium, locally-sourced fare like grass-fed beef, house smoked wild salmon, Chinese yams, farm fresh vegetables and goji berries. The patent-pending “slip wrap” technique keeps each nutrient-rich KyeRito fresh and crisp, making it a delicious and wholesome to-go option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The menu will also include an array of super food-inspired salads, desserts, smoothies, and house-made beverages that feature unique blends of herbs, spices, and sauces designed to maximize flavor and fuel your body and mind. Kye’s will also offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Paleo, macrobiotic, and raw options.

They will be open daily, 7 am-9 pm.
