D’Vine Wine Cellar, (821 S Flower St., Los Angeles, CA 90017; 213.784.3048) is an underground wine haven that has on-tap pinot, oysters, and pork belly rillettes in the basement of DTLA’s O Hotel. When you descend the stairs off the sidewalk, you will walk through the door with the golden sheep’s horn as the handle and enter a place with arched ceilings, chandeliers, dark wood, wooden tables, and a worn wooden bar.
In addition to wine (specifically small batch wine), they focuse on craft beers, grape spirits and whiskeys. The menu includes wine friendly small plates including charcuterie and cheeses, house made pates, tartines, pickled and marinated vegetables.
