Sushi Tsujita’s (2006 Sawtelle Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90025) third Los Angeles location will not be serving ramen. You can expect traditional edomae sushi in an omakase style.
The place’s decor is elegant and includes lots of bamboo and light and dark wood in linear and geometric patterns. The outdoor lounge area has a giant chandelier and is pretty minimalist compared to the interior. So grab a spot at one of the 10 seats at the bar or one of the banquets and let Chef Shigeru Kato serve you. He has over 35 years’ experience, after all. Prices will run about $120, with 10 nigiri, appetizers, sashimi, soup, and dessert.
