KazuNori

KazuNori, (421 S Main St., Downtown, Los Angeles; 213.493.6956) the hand roll spot from the SugarFish/Nozawa crew, is opening on Tuesday in Downtown’s Historic Core. The wooden, 22 counter seat, restaurant has a bunch of hand roll combos and some a la carte options. Let’s just say with the 22 seats (and no reservations), it’s better to take out.

Among the hand roll section, you’ll find the warm rice-filled blue crab hand, along with hand rolls stuffed with lobster and bay scallops. There’s also a daily sashimi and beer and sake. So we see you here for a quick lunch with your sleeves rolled up. It’s that kind of place. There are no reservations, so you’ll just show up as close to the 11:30am opening as possible.
