“Swine & Dine”

Chef Ray Garcia of FIG Restaurant in Santa Monica was recently crowned the“King of Porc” following his win at the national Grand Cochon competition. To celebrate his victory, Chef Ray and FIG are teaming up with local farms to host a “Swine & Dine” Dinner Series. For three nights, enjoy a curated nose-to-tail dining experience made with locally raised heritage breed pigs.

For each “Swine & Dine” dinner, Chef Ray will craft an exclusive four course menu that highlights the flavors and quality of the heritage pigs.

Thursday, July 17 with Cook’s Ranch
Thursday, August 14 with Linda Vista Ranch
Thursday, September 4 with Devil’s Gulch
