Gentaro Soba, (735 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90017) the Japanese Soba noodle eatery, joins the TASTE dining collection on the plaza leve lof FIGat7TH. This is the first US location with two other locations in Tokyo. The menu features cold & hot Soba dishes (Hiyashi Soba, Zaur Soba, Vurry Soba, Kake Soba, & more), a variety of rice bowls (Tempura, Spicy Tuna, Beef, Curry), and sides, like Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice and Cucmber Sunomono. All Soba noodle are handmade on-site.
Open Monday-Friday, 11 am-9 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-7 pm.
