American Tea Room, the luxury tea emporium in Beverly Hills is partnering with LA cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello for a “TEA*VENT” this Thursday, June 19, from 6 – 8 pm. You will learn Biancaniello’s techniques for infusing spirits with American Tea Room teas to create original cocktails including:
Arya Diamond (First Flush Darjeeling) infused Barr Hill Gin with blackberries and Black Peruvian mint with a Tsuyukaori (rare hand- picked Japanese Shincha) infused Saint Germain foam
Tangier (Apricot Black Tea) infused 123 Tequila with blenheim apricots and shiso with a Sleeping Beauty brew
Masala Chai Vodka with Condensed Milk
Virgin mocktail – Martinique with strawberries and lemon balm
American Tea Room’s signature fresh-brewed hot and iced teas will also be available. The TEA*VENT will also give you a preview of the menu of sweet and savory items by Valerie Confections that will be available at American Tea Room’s new location in the downtown Arts District slated to open in November.
