Zoetic Supperclub

Popular dinner series in Detroit, Zoetic (formerly known as Chartreuse) heads to Los Angeles by way of Chef Corinne Rice. Zoetic will offer a 4-course meal and live music at various locations throughout Los Angeles. All dinners will include locally sourced ingredients specific to the region. The menu includes purple carrots, peas, brussel chips, avocado cream, mint, basil, with black sesame foam; hazelnut chaga cream soup with ginger harissa oil, pickled chamomile, and nasturcium; brassicas with saffron coconut curry, cilantro pesto, and grapes; and Mexican red velvet custard, pistachio pastry, reishi chocolate sauce, and smoked salt.

The first Los Angeles event will be held at the G2 Gallery in Venice Beach. Only 18 seats are available for this dinner so don’t hesitate. Tickets are also on sale for the July 26th dinner at C.A.V.E. Gallery.
