ChocoChicken

ChocoChicken, (403 W. 12 St., Los Angeles, CA) is officially opening this Thursday, at 11 am! ChocoChicken is a new style of fried chicken, featuring chocolate and a secret blend of spices mixed into the batter (yes, chocolate). The result is a bite that is sweet, salty and savory all at once. Plus, you can’t deny the “crack factor.” In addition to chocolate fried chicken, ChocoChicken will also serve house-made biscuits, unique sides and sauces. A few weeks after opening, pending licensing, ChocoChicken will also serve beer, wine and specialty cocktails from a full bar. ChocoChicken will have first-come-first-served table service only but plans to add counter service for take-away and delivery service later.

ChocoChicken is concept by Adam Fleischman’s AdVantage Restaurant Partners in partnership Keith Previte, a self-taught cook, party planner and entertainment producer, and Sean Robins, a film and television producer, (and the first person ever to eat at every restaurant listed in a Zagat Guide).

Open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 am-11 pm, Thursday-Saturday, 11-2 am and Sunday, 11 am – 8 pm.
