Dished include the Zuppa Di Finocchio, a fresh fennel soup with orange zest; Insalata D’Asparagi Bianchi with Italian white asparagus with a Trevisian radicchio salad, in fresh chive red wine vinaigrette; Pappardella Verdi con Fave Fresche, wide spinach fettuccine, fresh fava beans, morel mushrooms, and dry ricotta; Scampi Priverili with spring Santa Barbara prawns, poached zucchini blossoms, sorel and tomato white wine broth; The Agnello Di Latteoffers a tender, roasted lamb loin with sautéed pea tendrils and organic wild mint sauce; and for dessert, the Fragole All’aceto Balsamico with strawberries marinated in aged balsamic vinegar and lemon zest.
