The first installment of Patina’s cooking class series begins this Saturday, 10 am-1 pm, and features a three-course menu. Not only do you have the luxury of cooking in Patina’s kitchen, but Chef Olalia walks you through the process of preparing a complete meal, from appetizer to dessert, utilizing French techniques. The three-course April menu begins with Sardines – “A Day in Nice,” a classic Patina dish; followed by Veal Osso Bucco with Cornmeal Dumplings, served with French style peas and lemon gremolata; and Toffee Soufflé with banana ice cream.
