Three Jerks Jerky is created by best friends, Jordan Barrocas and Daniel Fogelson, who wanted to bring flavor and culinary expertise to the beef jerky industry. Three Jerks Jerky: ‘The Original Filet Mignon Beef Jerky,’ is made from 100% filet mignon and all natural ingredients and spices. I loved how I knew every ingredient listed on the package and the list was short. No MSG, no sodium nitrate and no artificial ingredients. The combo of premium filet mignon and highly curated flavors produce the most tender and tasty cut of beef jerky. Three Jerks Jerky offers three distinctly unique flavors: Original: salty, sweet and tangy flavors with just the right amount of black pepper; Memphis BBQ: blend of natural spices that start sweet, but follows with a bit of cayenne heat! This jerky is also the only one of the bunch that is gluten-free; and Chipotle Adobo: fusion of east meets west with a Filipino style marinade covered in a Mexican inspired Chipotle glaze. This jerky has blends of smoky peppery spices with sweet pungent adobo blends.
