Restaurant developer Paul Hibler invites you to a preview dinner of the newest eatery on Lincoln Boulevard, Superba Food & Bread, set to open at the end of March 2014. Superba Food & Bread will create handcrafted comfort food for all day parts, featuring bold flavors and the best seasonal ingredients. In the kitchen, Executive Chef Jason Travi fires up the rotisserie, Pastry Chef Lincoln Carson crafts desserts, Head Baker Jonathan Eng bakes the bread, and General Manager and Beverage Director Ashley Ragovin curates a unique wine list. The team will take over Jason Neroni’s Superba Snack Bar for this one-time event.
