COCHON 555 comes to town each year, celebrating responsible farmers and heritage breed pigs with the epic one-of-a-kind culinary tasting event, featuring five chefs and five pigs in a friendly competition. To kick off the weekend of festivities, Chef Jason Neroni, who competed in 2012, will host a group of champions on the tour to a guest chef dinner. The Cochon 555 “Chef’s Course Dinner Series” is a five-course dinner prepared by Los Angeles’ most prominent chefs.
Neroni along with four other chefs, including Jason Travi of Superba Food & Bread, Jet Tila of Modern Asian Kitchen, Micah Wexler of Wexler’s Deli, and COCHON 555 Founder Brady Lowe, will prepare this one-night-only feast. The participating chefs will showcase their skills while you enjoy a course from each. Each course will be paired with wines. Throughout the evening, you will be guided through the dinner with an intro to each course by each of the chefs as well as a chance to mingle and enjoy the night with Team COCHON.
