Berlin Currywurst has announced plans to open their first Downtown L.A. eatery this spring at Grand Central Market. For the first-time ever, Berlin Currywurst will be adding traditional German breakfast offerings to their menu – for Grand Central Market customers only.
Berlin Currywurst is the fourth Currywurst installment for husband and wife owners, Hardeep and Lena Manak. The couple left their desk jobs in Berlin, Germany, and moved to Los Angeles to open their first Berlin Currywurst location in 2011. Since then, their traditionally-made currywurst dishes have been attracting Angelenos to their original location in Silver Lake, as well as to their Hollywood beer garden and Santa Monica Pier locations.
