Beginning this Wednesday-Sunday, February 9, Plan Check Kitchen + Bar and Salt Lake City’s Epic Brewing Company join forces for a week-long tap takeover at the new Fairfax location. Limited “geek” beers, Epic’s Brainless series, and cocktail chef Matt Biancaniello’s Fifth Taste Beer Float (you receive a free Epic Brewing pint glass upon purchase) will flow from Fairfax’s 16 taps. The epic lineup includes: Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout, Brainless on Cherries, Belgian Style Ale, rainless on Peaches, Brainless on Raspberries, Smoked & Oaked Belgian-Style Ale, and Utah Sage Saison Belgian-Style Ale and the Fifth Taste Beer Float has a scoop of Matthew Biancaniello’s trademark Candy Cap Mushroom & Buffalo Trace ice cream and Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout.
