Herringbone LA (The Mondrian, 8440 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood; 323.848.6000) is now serving in the Mondrian’s old Asia de Cuba spot from the WeHo Brian Malarkey (The Taste, Top Chef). In the two dining rooms, you can order calamari, whole fish ceviche, hamachi crudo, Earl Grey seared duck breast, king crab pasta, carne asada fries, and chicken fried sea urchin & waffles. You can also chow down in the exterior lounge, outdoor restaurant and bar, and depending how good your night is, in your room with room service.
