Cafe Vida, (9755 Culver Blvd., Culver City, 90232) has been serving since January 10. The original Pacific Palisades location has now expanded to El Segundo and now Culver City. They have a healthy, organic, Latin-influenced California menu of juice, smoothies, breakfast eggs, salads, sandwiches, and larger plates for dinner.
Breakfast items include Organic Oatmeal, Blueberry Corn Cakes, Egg White Frittata, Breakfast Quesadilla; Organic Brown Rice Pancakes; and Breakfast Sandwich Melt. Salads include BBQ Grilled Chicken Salad; Warm Cafe Steak Salad; Grilled Chicken Pear Salad; Brazilian Chicken Salad; and Turkey Burger Melt Salad. Dinner includes Burritos; Tacos; Grilled Chicken Marsala; and Bowls. They also have organic coffee drinks,fresh squeezed vegetable juices, smoothies, and use hormone and antibiotic-free chicken and meats. Open daily from 8 am-9 pm.
