Jeremy Fox, executive chef of Santa Monica’s Rustic Canyon Wine Bar & Seasonal Kitchen is partnering up with longtime friend and mentor David Kinch (executive chef of the award-winning Manresa in Los Gatos, CA) for a five-course, guest chef collaboration this Monday. This dinner serves as part of Kinch’s SoCal tour celebrating the release of his first book, Manresa: An Edible Reflection. Copies of the cookbook will be available for purchase that evening.
The one-night-only dinner will feature a total of five courses. The first four courses will include two dishes each: one utilizing a recipe featured in Kinch’s new cookbook and another complementary dish created by Fox. The dessert course will be provided by Manresa’s Pastry Chef Stephanie Prida.
