Bar Nine Collective, (3515 Helms Ave Culver City, CA, 90232) is a minimal, spacious new coffee spot in Culver City founded by Jereme Pitts and Zayde Naquib (Espresso Cielo). The industrial spot has wooden accents and low countertops. They brew their beverages with the Modbar system and roasted beans from all over the world.
They also have a large roaster will let you to see all the roasting action while you munch on house-made pastries by Hugo Cano. They will also have bread with jam/butter, olive oil cake, muffins, tarts, and a fruit & cheese plate. Hours will run 7 am-6 pm, Monday-Saturday and Sunday from 8 am-4 pm, but until they launch, swing by for some free java and say hello!
