David Myers and Chef de Cuisine Attila Bollok are celebrating the 6th anniversary of Comme Ca throughout October with weekly $6 cocktails, that will only be available in the bar area of the restaurant. Additionally, Comme Ca will be running a “Fan Favorite” social media contest, inviting you to create your ideal cocktail based on a number of different elements they will choose each week – for example, preferred spirit, flavor profile (fruity, herbaceous, spicy, boozy, etc.), ingredients, and finally the cocktail name. The winning fan’s cocktail will be featured last week of October.
Here’s the celebratory $6 cocktail schedule:
- October 1 – October 6: Ranchero (tequila, cucumber and lime)
- October 8 – October 13: French 75 (gin, lemon and champagne)
- October 15 – October 20: Penicillin (blended scotch, lemon, honey and ginger)
- October 22 – October19: Rumble (rum, lemon and blackberries)
- October 29 – November 1: Fan Choice
